Challenge Cup Final, Sunday 10th March, 2019

Help us, help you!

IceTimeTV are delighted to be streaming the Challenge Cup Final featuring the Stena Line Belfast Giants and the Guildford Flames.

The Challenge Cup Final is set to be another closely fought and exciting battle again this year, we don’t want you to miss a minute of the action!

With this in mind, it’s essential that you buy your tickets EARLY and log in to watch on the day EARLY!

The vast majority of problems that viewers experience whilst trying to watch live internet broadcasts are localised issues that our customer support team can help you to resolve. Buying and logging in EARLY gives us time to help you, so you don’t miss a thing.

With the high volume of viewers expected, logging in early will help everyone! Picture it like a rugby match, you don’t want to all rush to the gates at the same time…it’s gonna cause a traffic jam! There’s a reason the arena gates open an hour before face off, it’s the same with our stream.

To say thank you for being an early bird:

1) Tickets bought before midday on game day will be at a rate of £12. All tickets purchased after this time will cost £15.
2) We will be streaming footage from midday for your entertainment and our customer service team will be on hand from this time too to help you with any problems you may experience.

As always, support will be provided via email to support@icetime.tv. Whilst we may use twitter to make announcements we will not be able to provide support via this method and as such will not be responding to any social media. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS PLEASE EMAIL US ASAP! We’re a nice bunch of people and we want to help!

We recommend that you familiarise yourself with published advice and guidance found at https://www.icetime.tv/faqs/

Live-stream tickets can be purchased by visiting https://www.icetime.tv/events/ccf19/

IceTimeTV season ticket holders do not need to purchase a ticket since the final will be bundled in with your package!

Finally, and most importantly, we hope you really enjoy our broadcast of the cup final…may the best team win!
